Enquiries and Notifications

We recently added a couple of new features.

Enquiries

When a potential client completes your enquiry form, they can now upload a file that will be attached to the enquiry.

Notifications

A new staff notification has been added: “Quote Stage Assigned To Me” and as the title suggests, will fire when a quote stage is assigned to someone. If that user has the new notification enabled, they will receive an email informing them of the details.

We have removed the “Quote Issued” client notification because it was confusing some clients when they received that notification, then received another when the company emailed the quote to them.

Now, clients only receive a quote notification when you email them the quote by clicking the “Send to Client” button.
