Do I need to install any software?
No. PlanMan is a hosted web-application. All you need is a modern internet enabled device, such as smart phone, tablet, laptop or computer.
Is my data secure?
Yes, we take data security very seriously. Only you and any users you add have access to your data.
Plus, when you are logged in the connection is encrypted using industry standard SSL (the padlock icon in your browser address bar).

What if we decide to leave, can we get to our data?
Yes, we will export your data for you.
Is the trial a fully featured version?
Yes! During your trial you will have access to all features.
Is there a limit to the amount of data we can add?
No, you can add as many clients, projects, documents etc as you require. The different price points come with differing amounts of storage for files but you can purchase more storage as and when required.
If we decide to carry on after the trial, what happens to our data?
Everything you enter in your trial period will be available after you convert to a paying subscription. You won’t notice anything different.
