Q: What is instant chat?
A: Instant chat is a way of posting quick messages regarding a project. Think of it like text messages that are assigned to the project.
Q: How does it work?
A: When you are viewing a project, there is a chat icon at the top of the page. Clicking that will pop out the chat room for that specific project. Any text you enter in here will be visible to everyone (only staff, not clients). Messages are listed in order that they were posted.
Q: What is subscribing to chat?
A: You can subscribe to individual project chats so that you are notified when someone posts a message in that chat room.
