Can I cancel at any time?
Give at least 30 days’ written notice to stop renewal. Access continues to the end of the applicable paid period; unused time is not refunded for voluntary cancellation. See our terms for notice deadlines and refund exceptions.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by bank transfer, credit card or debit card. All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT.
When will I be billed?
Your first 30 days are free, with no card required or automatic paid conversion. Then choose a plan: monthly in advance, or an annual subscription at ten times the monthly price, paid yearly in advance.
