The following updates were made recently:
When a client starts a new email or goes to reply to one via their client portal, the system now checks to see if the project owner is on leave or not. If so a message will appear informing the client that the email may not be replied to straight away.
Clients can now upload more than one document at a time to enquiries.
The “Leave taken in period” column has been removed due to the fact that if someone takes leave and the period extends across the reporting period, that leave is not counted and shown on the report.
Bug fix – If an admin user logs in but they are NOT set as a “Fee Earner”, the link to the performance report is now correctly displayed so they can access it.
When you blacklist a client, it is now prominently displayed at the top of the client details page.
Non-admin users that have permission to update quotes can now archive them.
The table filter on the main enquiries page now searches on the client’s name as well.
On the workflow pages, there is now a workflow total at the bottom of the table.
