How to add clients

In today’s short tutorial, we will be showing you how to get your clients into PlanMan.

Hello and welcome to PlanMan. In today’s short tutorial, we will be showing you how to get your clients into PlanMan.

There are two different ways to add clients, manually and import.

Manually adding clients.

Go to the active clients page and click the plus icon at the top right of the table.

Complete the form and click the add client button at the bottom.

Importing clients.

To import clients, go back to the active clients page, then click on the import icon at the top right.

Click on the link at the top to download the import template. It is important to not change the columns in the import template because PlanMan expects them to be in a certain order.

Fill the spreadsheet with your clients, then come back to this page and import your file.

Once you click the import clients button, PlanMan will import them and send you an email when complete.
